The programme began with Inaugural ceremony in presence of Chief Guests. Dr. Wasim Nidagundi, Assistant Professor, Dept. delivered welcome address during the programme. All Dignitaries were introduced by Prof. Sachin Pandey, HOD, Dept. of Mechanical Engg., SECAB.I.E.T, Vijayapur and were felicitated as a token of respect and remembrance. The event was then followed by the symbolic watering of plants, emphasizing our commitment to growth, sustainability, and a greener future.

Principal, Dr. Syed Abbas Ali, presented the Annual Report of the institution, highlighting the significant achievements, academic progress, research activities, student accomplishments, placements, and various co-curricular/extracurricular activities carried out during the academic year. He also outlined future plans and developmental initiatives.

Chief Guest Shri. Bapugouda Patil emphasized the importance of education in societal development. He appreciated SECAB Association for being one of the largest educational organizations in the region, contributing significantly to the upliftment of education in the Vijayapur district and state. He praised the visionary leadership of Late Dr. S. A. Punekar. Shri Raju Bidari highlighted the growth of SECAB Association to a group of 28 educational institutions and shared his personal experiences as an alumnus.

Ms. Nabiha Bhangi, a final-year student from Dept. of CSE, SECAB.I.E.T., delivered the student feedback address on behalf of the graduating batch.

Shri Salahuddin Ayyubi S. Punekar, President of SECAB Association, addressed the gathering and spoke about the formative years of SECAB Association. He encouraged students and parents to support and pursue academic excellence.

The Institution felicitated eight faculty members who successfully earned their Ph.D. degrees during the academic year 2025–26.

The sports achievements of students during 2025–26 were acknowledged. Winners and runners-up of the Annual Sports Meet 2025–26 were felicitated for their outstanding performances.

Student project teams were felicitated whose projects have been sanctioned by the Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology (KSCST) for 2025–26.

Special achievements by students during the academic year 2025–26 were acknowledged and celebrated.

The VTU Rank holders were felicitated during the Annual Day and Graduation Day celebration.

The institution proudly recognized the noteworthy achievements of its faculty members during the academic year 2025–26.

The graduation ceremony was gracefully conducted on stage by Prof. Sachin Pandey, HOD, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, SECAB.I.E.T.

The toppers’ felicitation ceremony was conducted by Mrs. Uzma I. Satteekar, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Electronics & Communication Engineering.

The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Mr. Mallikrehan, 2nd semester student of ECE dept., who expressed heartfelt gratitude to all dignitaries, guests, faculty, students, and staff.

Following the formal function (held from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM), a vibrant cultural program was organized, hosted by Dr. Asif Dodmani, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering. The segment featured solo/group singing, dance presentations, and poetry.
