Department of civil engineering organised a colloquium on 6th may 2019 entitled "Waste & Wealth: Challenges on resource recovery and recycling options". The talk was delivered by Dr. Senophiya Mary, technical advisor for Green Era Recycling Pvt. Ltd. She elaborated waste management topics like Importance of 3R's, Challenges on resource recovery & recycling, E-waste, Wealth from the Waste, Treatment techniques of E-waste etc. The department was hugely benefited by the valuable talk given by Dr. Senophiyah.
