MATHEMATICS COLLOQUIUM

The Mathematics Department of Secab Institute of Engineering and Technology, organized a research colloquium on “Fuzzy Sets, Fuzzy Logic and its Applications”. The talk was a part of Frontier Development Program delivered  by  Dr. N. B. Naduvinamani, Professor & Chairman, Department of PG Studies and Research in Mathematics, Gulbarga University, Kalburgi. The talk focused on forefront areas of Fuzzy sets and Fuzzy logic which are powerful Mathematical tools for modelling and controlling uncertain systems in industry, humanity and nature.   He also discussed about the applications in Engineering field like designing Washing Machine, Robot etc. Further he motivated the students and the faculties to take up research in the field of Fuzzy sets. The program was inaugurated by the Principal.  Mathematics Colloquium Co-ordinator and other staff members were present with first year students.
